At Mini·O (mini-o.com) we manufacture and sell backyard mini offices nationwide. Our value prop is to deliver a turnkey, fully finished unit that is delivered fully assembled from our factory. In some cases, that's just not possible when the crane installation is impossible or just too expensive. For those cases, we want to partner up with a GC in the Bay Area to assemble our pods in the customer site.
