Do you like the idea of working on the water in a fast paced, fun environment? Our boat rental company is looking for immediate staff at our San Diego location. We rent boats outboard power boats for fishing and pleasure. Full time positions available and advancement opportunities for the right candidate. Must be available weekends and weekdays as well as holidays. Professional appearance, reliable transportation, friendly demeanor, strong work ethic required. Prior boating experience is required. Perfect job for those who love the outdoors and the water. Reliable transportation is required. The rental staff is responsible for ensuring that ALL of our boats are kept 100% safe and operational at all times and that customers receive EXCELLENT service in accordance with all company guidelines. A few things we look for: * Friendly * Professional attitude and appearance * Self motivated * Hard working * This is a physical job so don't apply if you don't want to sweat and get dirty The “must haves” for this position include: * Knowledge of marinas and general boating * Able to work on flexible and variable days/shifts * Helping customers from start to finish when renting power boats - Give instructions, answer questions, complete check out and check in procedures. * Assist with general maintenance, prep work, and closing/cleanup procedures of boats before and after each rental. Customer Service: Assist boaters in docking their boats Assisting boater in locating land based necessities, amusements, and amenities Collecting fees Helping boaters with cargo and provisions Job Types: Full Time Pay: Earn up to $160 per day Schedule: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends Supplemental Pay: * Tips * Extra Commission as we grow and add more boats to our fleet Application Question(s): * Do you have any relevant experience that would make you a good fit for the position?
