Day porter needed - early mornings / 30 to 50 hrs a week

We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hard working day porter to service several retail shopping centers in central Orange County and south county. 30-50 hours a week. $14.50 to $15.00 an hour. Paid weekly. OT paid Job Duties: - Change trash receptacle liners. Wipe down lids. - Use backpack blower to detail parking lot and sidewalks - Pick up all trash and debris in parking lot, planters, and on sidewalks - Sweep out trash enclosures - Clean window mullions - Dust buildings for cobwebs - Remove graffiti, flyers, and stickers - Wipe down handrails and light poles - Report any maintenance issues Schedule: Work Monday - Friday Early mornings 6:00am to 2:00pm Gas and mileage covered by company.
