Hello, I am an Independent Used Heavy Equipment Seller. ( Excavators, Dozers, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts etc. ) offices in West Palm Beach & Ft. Lauderdale FL Over the years, I have compiled a list of quality OVERSES customers that buy my used equipment. In many cases these overseas buyers are shipping their purchases inside of either 20' or 40' shipping containers. Sometimes the equipment they purchase may be too big to just drive into the shipping containers, so in these cases, it is necessary to dismantle the equipment in order for it to fit inside the container. This is the service we require. We have an opportunity for continued business. We can estimate between 2 and 4 loads monthly. Each load will vary on size as well as the extent of labor involved in the loading process. The containers are typically 42" off of the ground so it is ideal to have some means to get the loads off of the ground. A crane, Excavator, Forklifts, are all helpful equipment's in loading the containers. Some type of loading dock or map or even a dirt mound is also very helpful. We would deliver the equipment that is being shipped and needs dismantling, to your location / yard. You will dismantle the equipment prior to container arriving at your yard. Once the equipment is dismantled, we will send a shipping container to your yard to be loaded with the dismantled equipment. ( Typically we are given 3 hours to load the container once it arrives ) That is basically the process. We can discuss at length if you feel you can do this work. Will pay each job in cash or check or zelle, whatever is preferred it dosent really matter to us. ***** I currently have a Cat 950 Sized Wheel Loader I need loaded into a container. I can pay $1250 for this service, for this specific machine make and model. In some cases I will offer less and in some cases I will offer more. It all depends on the specific load. I will provide a link to a youtube video showing how the job is done - Click Link ( The unit in the video below is actually bigger than the unit I am requesting to load but its a good example of the process. To Dismantle the canopy would be removed ( 8 bolts ) bucket removed, wheels removed. The width of the loader is 8'7" and the container is 7'9" on the inside, so we need to reduce width by removing tires and then lifting off ground or using some type of loading dock to load it in the container which is 42" off the ground. The only hardware usually needed are some tie downs and chains ( $150 / $200 worth ) and the rest is labor. I can provide those items as well if preferred.
