Back in 2016, our CEO Alexis Giles realized that people want (and need) the time and space to push pause on their daily routine. That is why Church Girls That Rock Houston was created, so our community of women can self-reflect and reconnect with God in a beautiful and free atmosphere. Physical and mental wellbeing are of utmost importance to living a healthy life, and require practice and dedication.
