Chef/Owner David Kinch is looking for Back of House and Front of House Team Members Mentone Restaurant.
We are hosting on-site and walk interviews on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 10AM to 2PM at Mentone Restaurant. We are located at 174 Aptos Village Way, Aptos, CA 95003.

Qualified individuals must possess a strong interest to grow in the restaurant industry, strong communication skills, and a loves to work in a team environment. Candidates must have availability to work Wednesday through Sundays.
Mentone takes inspiration of the French/Italian Riviera and brings it to the California’s Coast line with a Kinch touch. Located in Aptos, California - the restaurant will feature a Mugnaini wood-fired pizza oven, full bar, on-site milled flour, and the fresh ingredients from small local farmers. Menu highlights will also include handmade pasta, pizza, cioppino, focaccia, and custom salames.
