You must have some experience with commercial maintenance as well as completely understanding how to communicate well with others and good decision making skills as a manager. During the summer this job will consist of 40+ hours per week and will be compensated fairly according to the job being done. This being a salary position also means you get paid during the winter, rain or shine. The harder you work the more you will get paid with this position.
