We're looking for House Hunters to locate motivated sellers, vacant or rundown homes which may include: unmown lawn w/ tall or missing grass, paint peeling, uncollected mail, overgrown trees or bushes, missing roof tiles w/ yard trash, broken down or abandoned cars, etc. We currently purchase such homes to do tasteful renovations throughout the county.
