Arts Continuum has been around for 12 years now as a place for artists to have a studio similar to those in art school. We have created a community where artists have a place to grow, and express themselves within the Los Angeles artist community. A studio is coming available the 1st of May These studios are approximately 10×18 and rent for $450 a month, The full studio is approx 4000 sq. ft.of interior, plus secure gated parking and an outside area to lounge. The studios have a 15 ft. high brick wall, arched wood ceiling, brand new shared clean bathroom, good natural light, good ventilation, and an additional communal table to set up larger projects with advance notice. Additionally there is a large roll-up for larger move in and out. All utilities, trash, recycling, 24-hour access, secured parking, and high speed Internet are included in the price. Arts Continuum is a work only artist studio with a total of 12 spaces located at Santa Fe Ave at 15th St., just blocks from the heart of the downtown Arts district.
