We have always maintained the highest standards in everything that we do and aim to hire the best in the field. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC service technician. Candidates must be a good communicator, professional, proactive and be team oriented. Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a cooperative and positive attitude. In addition, candidates must have 10 or more years experience with servicing and maintaining residential heating and air conditioning systems--including all types of furnaces and fan coils, multi-stage condensers, mini splits, package units, low and medium-temp wine systems and water-source heat pumps. Experience with commercial systems, VRF/VRV systems and wet systems is a plus. The job will entail troubleshooting problems with a variety of systems and equipment, mostly in residential situations; a solid troubleshooting ability is a MUST. The job will also involve performing preventative maintenance and selling new equipment when necessary. Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility and willingness to collaborate with the office team regarding customer requests, required paperwork and changes to schedule and route are required.
