Customer Service Roles at Covid Vaccination Site

Kinetic Events is in search of customer service roles for a vaccination site in Pomona, CA. We are excited to take part in helping Californians get vaccinated! This program runs for the next three weeks and will end on May 8, 2021. We have shifts available as soon as this upcoming weekend and likely work with other clients beyond May 8th. We are looking for new hires that can help us guide customers when they arrive at our vaccination facility. These vaccinations are being administered by major California healthcare provider and we are supporting their efforts with supplementary, non-medical staffing roles. Currently only seeking staff with weekend availability. You can work additional shifts as well, but Saturdays and Sundays are a must. Location runs 7 days per week, flexible scheduling for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Shifts are from 6:45am-6pm and pay $17/hour. This includes 3.25 hours of overtime for a total payment of approximately $218/day. You must be available to work the entire shift. This job requires a good attitude and the ability to be on your feet during the entire shift. Past customer service or patient experience in the medical field is a plus but not necessary.
