My mother birthed me, raised me, and cared for me in one form or another all my life. Now, she is 82 years old woman. I want to ensure the quality of her life continues. My family and I are searching for an in-home care provider to care for our mother’s needs. The candidate must be honest, caring, and responsible. ***Candidate Must Have Covid-19 Vaccine*** ***Three (3) Professional References are Required*** ***Candidates Will be Subjected to a Criminal Background Check*** You will become part of a great family and will be providing supervision, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, and other non-medical tasks. Applicant must love dogs. Responsibilities and Duties: >Conducts work tasks neatly and safely >Accurately reports unusual symptoms and problems >Performs personal care activities that assist our mother with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to): * Preparation of healthy meals and snacks, as needed * Accompanying our mother on errands or medical appointments. * Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): shopping, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, dishes, laundry, walking the dog, watering the plants, cleaning bathroom * Providing assistance with computer (Google search engine, YouTube, etc) Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the family. Qualifications and Skills: High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job A valid driver’s license Must have reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance Must have cellphone Must reside within 10 mile radius Interviews will be scheduled immediately and will take place during the week of Monday, April 19th, 2021 through Saturday, April 24, 2021.
