Need Help Moving Out of My Condo

I’m looking to hire 2 individuals to Help me get out of my condo. Mostly carrying lighter stuff but some will be about 20 - 30 pounds. I need focused and efficient workers that can get most of my things out by the end of the day. Hours will be about 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Pay is $15 an hour. Thanks
