Hello! I'm a composer, sound designer, and songwriter in SF. I've had my work performed throughout the Bay Area, provided sound design for theater, dance, video games, and other media. I've been teaching lessons for over five years to both kids and adults. I love to help music students along on their journey and it's my goal to get you better at making the kind of music you want to make. My approach isn't one size fits all, and I'm here to get you playing, ground your music in music theory, or help you realize that composition you've had in your head. I also have a lot of experience with music production and can teach you the basics of various music programs like Logic, Ableton Live, and get you up to speed on composition software like Finale and Sibelius. I am currently offering online lessons, but will be making the slow the move back to in person lessons either at my home studio in the Mission, or traveling locally to you. Now is a great time for you learn piano, guitar, or ukulele, or learn how to write music, understand the core concepts of western music theory, and add more depth to your projects.
