Shades of Marin is looking for an experienced window covering installer. Shades of Marin is a third generation, family owned company that was established in 1953. Our company is a staple in the community, and has earned the reputation as a high end window covering provider and installation service specialist. We provide and practice all Covid 19 safety protocol. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills. Duties would include extensive hand tool, mechanical ability, potentially heavy lifting while installing high end custom interior and exterior motorized and manual operated window coverings. Must be able to climb ladders, ability to lift heavy items, with a mechanical ability and problem solving skills, ability to communicate clearly, with a clean appearance. Growth consideration would depend on punctuality, attendance, communication skills, ability to self start and the ability to learn our products. Must have a clean background check, no drugs and maintain a current California drivers' license.
