Help wanted for household tasks and small jobs

I am looking for someone to do household tasks and some smaller jobs. The day could consist of car washing, checking car oil, washing the dog, garage cleaning, house cleaning, changing lightbulbs, moving furniture, assembling furniture, painting, and maybe minor repair if something is broken. These are just examples. It's basically whatever needs to be done around the house plus some smaller projects. The ideal person for this work would be a college student looking to make some money one or two days per month. You don't need any special skills but it would be a plus if you do. Requirements: You return phone calls quickly, I can count on you to show up with a few days notice, decent problem solving skills (good with your hands and tools), and you have a good work ethic and a good attitude.
