Craft products with your hands - Pet/fish product needs volunteer

As an "Essential Business" in California, our less-than-4-person office (with no walk-in customers) needs a volunteer to learn how to build/craft small pet products from our space in Santa Monica. We make and sell an eco friendly ocean-like product to take care of fish (and soon for other pets and gardens too), and ship it around the world, so this is a great chance to see how your crafting skills can help. Cutting, sizing, drilling, gluing with epoxy, silicone and urethane, and maybe even painting or electrical soldering. Also learn how to do final assembly. If you like crafting or sculpting artsy things, or you helped your parents repair things around the house, then you'll like learning these things. You can listen to your own music the whole time, and bring food to eat here too if you want. If you happen to read and write languages besides English, especially Dutch, Swedish, French, German or Italian, then tell us! Portuguese, Arabic, Farsi, Chinese and Japanese are also welcome. You could help us with translations. We need at least 5 hours a week, but more is available if you want, however fits your schedule the best. Very flexible hours available, between 9am to 7pm Mon-Sat that you can change each week if you need to. We are in the middle of Santa Monica, walking distance from Santa Monica College, and a short bus ride from UCLA. Bus stops are one block away, and the train station is three blocks. After volunteering for four weeks, you can receive a learning stipend pay is $5/hr if you do ten or more hours a week. Full training is provided. Resume' credit given too. There are no beginning and ending dates. Overall you will learn a lot and have a good reference for your job searching later! If you want to apply, include "I like pets".
