Anyone have some farmland or other for rockets?

I live in the South Bay and like to launch model rockets. There's no where to do it unless you drive a hundred miles. Does anyone know someone who has a plot of land (like a dirt lot or other farm area) that would want to let this happen? could probably pay $10 a launch which would take 5 minutes.
