We are looking for part-time and full-time housekeepers that have a great attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent service for their clients. You will have opportunities to earn repeat business, cash in on weekly bonuses and make more money in house cleaning. This is a great supplemental income if you have limited availability, or could be a main source of income for people with full availability. If you enjoy working as part of a small team (usually 2 person teams), going to different places instead of sitting in an office every day, building relationships with clients, and also value control over your own schedule, then this is the job for you! ***Your own vehicle, valid license, clean driving record WILL BE NECESSARY for this position*** Our ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: Honest, friendly, accommodating personality, and overall great attitude Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation Fast-paced energy & Attention to detail Good team player Experience with cleaning Flexible schedule to pick up jobs when they pop-up (you pick and choose when you're available) Enjoys animals, especially dogs Effective communication in English Ability to bend, stoop, get up on step stool, and work on hands and knees (for occasional cleaning of floors) No criminal history Able to start immediately We are based out of Carlsbad, but we have clients ALL OVER North San Diego County, so mobility and flexibility are essential! This is a 1099 independent contractor position, part-time to start, regular pay increases based on performance and availability. ****HOURS WILL VARY**** Up to $20.00+ /hour plus tips and weekly bonuses Job Type: Contract Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All cleaning professionals are required to wear a mask. We don't usually work in homes while customers are there and we do require all customers to wear a mask when interacting with us in any way. We sanitize all of our equipment between appointments.
