Part-Time Manager Needed Location: various locations in Los Angeles County Start Date: ASAP Sunbeam Cleaners is a cleaning & disinfection company for film/TV locations that operates all throughout Los Angeles County. Sunbeam is looking for a Part-Time Manager who can lead a team of cleaning and disinfection technicians. We are looking for someone who is collaborative and a team player who naturally enjoys being of service to others. If you have strong organizational skills, are detail oriented, and are strong in finding solutions this position is for you. PPE Provided. Equipment and supplies provided. $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. If interested or if you have questions please reply and send your resume. Qualifications -Leadership or management experience (preferred) -Janitorial/Custodial Experience (preferred) -College degree (preferred) -High school or equivalent (Preferred) -Must be willing to have a background check Essential Functions: -Manage and coordinate teams of two or three technicians. -Ensures that each worker receives proper training. -Maintain equipment and inventory of supplies -Communicate with other vendors and personnel on the jobsite. -Submits report of tasks done on job site -Must communicate effectively with customers to provide a high standard of service. -Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with coworkers and the customer -Perform all duties to clean, including but not limited to emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms. -Cleaning and disinfection of requested areas e.g. stages, trailers, offices, bathrooms, exterior locations -Disinfection wipe down of table tops, handles, and other high touch surface areas e.g. restroom stalls, sinks, mirrors, counters and toilets -Dusting and restoring wooden furniture. -Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. -Maintain COVID safety compliance in accordance with film set protocols. (can be trained) -Must be aware of CDC COVID guidelines -Get COVID tested at least once a month. -Be knowledgeable in all aspects of janitorial work and industry. -Keep cleaning products, etc. in the appropriate storage areas and according to sanitation standard operating procedures. Job Requirements -Must have your own transportation -Valid CA driver’s license -Must have excellent leadership skills -Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills -Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Janitorial service industry experience in a supervisory or equivalent capacity. (preferred) -Must have administrative skills e.g. email and correspondence, basic bookkeeping, record keeping & filing skills (preferred) -Experience in scheduling and accounts payable. (preferred) -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) or Google Docs -Frequent pushing, pulling, wiping, reaching, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting and / or carrying up to 50 pounds at a time. -Will have contact with cleaning products commonly used in the janitorial industry -Will provide sanitation and disinfecting services such as deep cleaning, electrostatic fogging, etc.
