Licensed Landscape Contractor in Roseville, is seeking 1 experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team. A qualified candidate works as a member of the team and is responsible for landscape maintenance of our mostly residential properties. He must be proficient in performing complex tasks of landscape maintenance and the ability to work within the quality, time & performance guidelines as established by Olympus Pointe Landscape, Inc. DUTIES: Completes landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming and pruning. Completes landscape enhancement projects such as mulch application, plantings, top soil application, lawn seeding. (These are not daily tasks but instead supplemental work when /if available) Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment. Completes the job in the most time-efficient manner meeting the company productivity expectations. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chain saws, line trimmers, and tillers. If approved as a driver, safely operates vehicles such as trucks and trailer combinations. Must be able to communicate with clients by answering questions, and ensuring the client's satisfaction of service. Communicates clients concerns to management. Assists Management with route and job organization, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available. Cares for equipment and notifies management of needed repairs. Applies chemicals under the direction of licensed applicator. Ability to follow instructions and stay on task. Ability to work 40-50 hrs a week. REQUIREMENTS: Must have 2 - 3 years experience working with a residential or commercial landscape maintenance. Possession of a valid CA driver's license. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must have good work history. Reliable transportation to and from shop located in Roseville. Bilingual is strongly preferred.
