This event is open to all GS levels. Activities will be designed to fit into the STEAM model and complete multiple badge requirements. Please join us for our Shooting Stars Community S.TEAM Event! This year's event will be held outdoors Sunday, May 2nd from 2 - 6 PM at the Texas Avenue Park Pavilion in Webster. It is open to all community Girl Scouts levels. Girls will rotate though several stations and participate in fun, hands on activities based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics! Cost will be $6 for registration. Event Patch is included with registration. Registration is available by Girl Scout level: 2 - 3 PM - Daisy Troops 3 - 4 PM - Brownie Troops 4 - 5 PM - Junior Troops 5 - 6 PM - Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Troops * * Cadette, Seniors and Ambassador Troops interested in sponsoring an activity and/or volunteering to run an activity please contact Anastasia at [email protected] for additional information. Deadline is April 15th. Event Patch Design - If you are interested in submitting an idea for the Event Patch, please submit ideas to Anastasia at [email protected] for additional information. Winning Idea will determine event theme and patch. Deadline is April 10th. All non-community troops will be dropped from the event. All participants must follow current GSSJC COVID guidelines, including wearing masks. This will be an outdoor event.Due to event limitations and COVID guidelines please limit Adult registration to Safety Wise ratios.For the safety of all, please no Tag- A- Longs.Registration will close on 4/25/21at 6 PM OR when registration has reached maximum capacity.Upon registration Troop Leaders will receive an email with additional information on what to bring the day of the event and a link to pay the Registration Fee of $6 per girl.
