Would like to start a non profit secular based community outreach prog

Wouldn't it be nice to have an outreach for the homeless,mentally ill, poor, suffering from addiction, etc. that is not religious based shoving christianity down people's throats as a reward or punishment system? Is it truly even 'Christian" to give somebody a place to reside only if they engage in bible study, or other faith based activities? Doesn't sound like the good samaritan parable to me, but to each their own. What if the person you are trying to help is atheist, agnostic, buddhist, satanist, muslim, hindu, bahai, etc. Would it be fair to kick this individual out if they did not engage in your bible study? I would like to be part of creating a shelter and counseling center that is purely humanist and secular in it's operation. I have experience in management, drug and alcohol counseling, support staff at homeless shelters, teaching, and community outreach among other things. I would be willing to help organize, manage, and run the non profit even as a volunteer if there are any interested in creating such a safe place and safe space. Let us, together as one unified community and world, create a better future for all humankind.
