Need GUINEA PIG MEDS for MANGE MITES ASAP!!

Please I need help! I took in these abandoned guinea pigs last year and one has severe mange mites, I can't afford a vet right now but I need the meds if anyone has any. His.body has loss of hair and he itches a lot, his body is getting covered with a tiny scabs as well. Please help!
