I presently work for a non profit that assist our Homeless Population in the Monterey County with transitional housing (2 locations). I am very aware that COVID-19 has put a dent in everyone's pocket and to some, has left them without a pocket literally. Nevertheless, I am a man of faith and believe our community has been able to survive better than other communities due to still continuing to give a helping hand. Now, I am in need of asking for one from my community. The programs I run are in need of the following due to not having any funding to afford them: -a tool box with tools (to repair both locations), -power tools (to repair both locations), - -2 first aid kits for the residents presently residing at both programs, -and yard work machinery (to keep the beautification of one of the programs front and backyard). I may be asking for too much but quite honestly, these programs are willing to help a community that very few are willing to even take the time to hear their needs. Please, if anyone knows of someone that has some of these items and is not making use of them, forward my message or email me. If anyone wants to assist with a financial support, thank you.
