ROUND ROCK, TX—The Round Rock Public Library invite residents to their virtual monthly get together, Conversations Circle, to tackle thought-provoking, topical, and weighty questions of today with an eye on civil discourse, sharing factual information, and expressing a point of view with your peers. Rather than debating or convincing other, you're asked to take turns talking to share and learn.
Scheduled Saturday, March 27 at 3:30 p.m., you'll join others for a discussion on Civility, and why it's important to practice civility for yourself and your community. The event's moderator will lead the group through questions such as:
Do you feel civility is missing in our general public and online discourse? How do you maintain a civil tone in the virtual world? What is Netiquette? Do you have examples to share to inspire a more civil environment? Why or Why Not: Is CIVILITY important to you and your community?For more information, including link to register, click HERE.
