Press release from the City of West Hollywood: March 30, 2021 On Wednesday, March 31, the following parking regulations WILL NOT be enforced in observance of Cesar Chavez Day: Parking meters and their associated time limits Peak hour towing Street sweeping Residential permit parking and all other parking regulations WILL be enforced during the holiday's observance periods.
