We are a large wall panel manufacturer in Oceanside, CA and we are seeking energetic individuals to join our team as a Warehouse associate. Primary responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials; pulling, packing, and shipping orders; monitoring and organizing stock in the warehouse. Essential Functions: · Start assembly and production machinery at beginning of shift. · Monitor equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properly. · Maintain a workstation that is clean and free of hazardous materials. · Address problems with production equipment and machinery and fix as needed. · Clean equipment. · Assemble product parts by hand. · Material prep, wrapping, covering, cutting, and resining. · Use power tools to cut, drill, and attach parts. · Observe and remove faulty product parts from assembly line. · Inspect assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards. · Affix labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products. · Pack completed products and prepares them for shipment. · Keep factory floor clean. · Unload, organize, and stock shipments. · Adhere to all safety guidelines regarding the production and handling of materials in the factory. · Ensure that production deadlines are met. · Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
