Typical box contents: gallon of milk, lb of cheese, a fresh veg (e.g., celery, cabbage, cauliflower), 5 lb potatoes, yogurt or sour cream, bag of fresh fruit (e.g., oranges, apples), already cooked protein (e.g., chicken wieners, chicken drumsticks, chicken taco meat.)
Open to anyone (no questions asked, you don't have to live in Palo Alto, and you don't have to give any personal information) and you can have more than one box for yourself or friends. You just walk, bike or drive up. They’ll load your car.

This food box distribution is part of the USDA Farmers to Families Food Boxes. According to Pastor Saul, they will be doing this every Wed, 3pm-6pm through June 2021.
