Description
On Monday, April 19, 2021, two 3-hour focus group sessions will be conducted via Zoom. The morning session will take place from 10 am to 1 pm; the afternoon session from 2 pm to 5 pm. To apply, the following questionnaire must be fully completed by Wed., April 7. All backgrounds are encouraged to submit. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
If selected for either session notification will be sent by Mon., April 12, and you will be required to accept (or decline) the invitation by Wed., April 14, otherwise your space will be offered to another.
Connection via a desktop, laptop or tablet with solid internet connection, privacy without interruption, and earphones/earbuds is highly recommended. You will be asked to log in to Zoom 15 minutes prior to the session to afford time for checking-in each participant. We cannot admit persons once a session is underway.
Payment of $150 will be made via an Amazon E-Gift Card.
