A fundraiser for Leadership Aransas County Class XXIV to assist 'Another Chance RFT' with a medical building for animal care. Leadership Aransas County Class XXIV is hosting a fundraiser. Proceeds will benefit the 'Another Chance RFT' to assist them in furthering their mission of animal care. The event is titled "Dog Gone Poker Run." The Pre-Run begins with sign up at Sugar Shack at 10AM Saturday, April 24. There is a $20 entry fee. The schedule is as follows: First out at 11AM. Visit other local bars: Legends, Rock Bottom, Lulu's Landing, Fulton's Irish Pub and Poor Man's Country Club throughout the day for other hands. Be back at the Shack by 3PM. Best High/Worst Hand. Well, for the Post-Run stay tuned for Shicken Chit Bingo, Live Auction at 3PM ish, Donna T Look-A-Like Contest, Dog's Best Friend Dance Contest. Drive safe.
