Barker & Associates, Inc dba Star Construction is bidding on the upcoming project for SHRA and are requesting Quotes from all qualified MBE/WBE and Section 3 Subcontractors and ALL other Subcontractors/Suppliers for the following project: Project: Marina Vista Community Building Doors 2021 IFB: 2116-MA Possible Trades/Services include, but not limited to: Doors, Gates & Activating Devices; Hardware, Locks & Safes; Painting & Decorating. Submit all bids via e-mail or fax to (916) 481-4824 indicating what trade you are bidding on before April 8th, 2021 by 10:00 am Note: This project is a subject to Davis Bacon Residential prevailing wage rates and all bidding parties are responsible for verifying their own wages. Per California Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public works, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to performance public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is submitted to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of industrial relations (DIR)
