Looking for a keys player and horns for a soul/funk band

Looking for a keys player and some horns to help start a soul/funk band in the city and play with us on a regular basis. We have a studio with a Casio Privia piano, and a Hammond XK-3x + Leslie 147 but feel free to bring your own or any other gear you have. We have a tenor sax already, along with drums, bass, guitar, and vocals. We would like to have at least one more horn player, but are open to more We have plenty of microphones and the whole room is rigged up for recording so we can get the writing process off the ground quickly What we are looking for: Someone with decent chops, or at the very least some musical literacy. But what matters more is being dedicated and having fun. Someone who can jam well, respects volume dynamics, and can use their ears. While we have a few friends who play keys, we would like to find someone dedicated and fill the musical void. About us: we are 4 males ages 23-27and we are interested in writing songs in the vain of Bill Withers, Al Green, The Allman Brothers, D’Angelo, Maxwell, Stevie Wonder.
