LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN - PART-TIME - Santa Rosa, CA SERVICE AREA INCLUDES SANTA ROSA PLAZA AND CODDINGTOWN MALL Great Opportunity for a Current Mall Employee Looking for ADDITIONAL INCOME! $650 per month (paid bi-weekly) approx. 5.5 hours a week. COMPANY BACKGROUND Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services.  Smarte Carte is headquartered in St. Paul, MN and has operations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Singapore. BASIC FUNCTION The LMRT position is a part-time (approximately 5.5 hours per week at Coddingtown Mall and Santa Rosa Plaza. Includes responsibility for massage chairs; (8) at Coddingtown, and (16) at Santa Rosa Plaza and some strollers. Additional responsibilities include financial management, equipment/mechanical maintenance, and relationship management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Locations require approx. 1 visit per week   Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs. Maintain clean equipment at all times; cleaning performed on every visit. Perform collections accurately, bank and report financial transactions as directed by the District Service Manager. Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner. Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte. Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager. Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed. Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships. Manage location in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and Smarte Carte and facility policies and procedures. Other assignments and duties as assigned.
