Encountered this small black yorkie-like dog on Berry St., between 3rd and 4th St. It was outside the Avalon building parking garage entrance. This was on Monday, March 8th at around 5:45pm. I called SF Animal Care, who told me they would come but never called me back. An older Hispanic man named Javier took the dog and left me his number. If you think it's your dog, please contact me for pictures.
