Seeking participants - DIGITAL DIALOGUE - A Year into Covid

Seeking participants for a virtual opportunity on Thursday, March 11 from 5:30-7p, hosted by HandsOn Bay Area. As we as a nation reach one full year of living with and grieving from COVID-19, we want to hold space to recognize, memorialize and offer space for understanding how COVID-19 impacts our mental health and wellbeing. We are offering a digital dialogue & discussion with mental health experts whose sole mission is to remove barriers to mental health education access and resources for everyone. We will connect, learn and share resources for how to care for ourselves as we move through this one-year COVID-19 mark honoring grief, as well as hope. The digital dialogue will include: guided exploration with mental health experts from TogetherWell to understand the science of stress responses & how COVID impacts that response for us; group discussion & active listening; reflection on marking one year since the pandemic hit in a safe, supportive environment; guided self-care meditation; wellness resources that are free and available through TogetherWell's programming and more! The event will be facilitated by Michele Haley, Founder and Director of TogetherWell.
