Patio Productions is looking to add 1 part time or full-time Jack of all Trades to our team. This position would be at our retail store near Little Italy in San Diego however you may need to report to our San Marcos warehouse occasionally. We are looking for someone who can be a delivery driver that wows our customer with punctual friendly service, help us assemble and arrange furniture on our showroom floor, can connect with customers and assist with delivery scheduling and occasionally help with odd fixit and building type jobs around the showroom. We like to create! We understand that this is quite a wide range of tasks required however we feel that a person who is courteous, friendly, eager, handy with tools and loves to be on their feet moving type of person will excel in this role and will enjoy the daily variety of work. After all work CAN be fun. All staff and customers are required to wear masks. Our space is very large and we have big roll up doors for air flow so social distancing and fresh air is manageable in our beautiful showroom. Check us out on Yelp for pictures! The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, organized, and hard working, with excellent attention to detail, good people skills, good computer skills, a positive attitude, and a great personality that helps you build rapport with people quickly. In short we are looking for a star! We have a fun and busy environment and are looking to keep that going with positive, fun, and hard-working people! You MUST have prior experience with Excel and Google Docs. You do not need to be a computer wiz but having some basic knowledge of these programs will help you succeed. You must have a clean driving record. 2 year college degree OR prior delivery driving experience preferred. We are looking for is ready to work hard and be on their feet a lot each day. This position requires at least 1 weekend day of work and could be either 4 or 5 days a week depending on your schedule / desire. Compensation will be $16-18 per hr DOE plus our drivers occasionally get nice tips.
