Hauling soil and wood chips away for disposal

A large tree was removed from the front yard, leaving soil and mulch or ground tree roots atop the grass area. Need crew and trailer perhaps with small backhoe to remove the debris and dispose of offsite; crew with shovels would suffice as well. plenty of parking along sidewalk. Dust control measures should be taken to abide by our communities good neighbor policy. AKA, use the hose to wet the dust and leave the street and sidewalk relatively clean. Simple job, but labor intensive. A trailer with minimum 1' high sidewalls is required or other appropriate receptacle for the debris. We don't want to see shovels being lifted up high to throw dirt into a dumpster by anyone; that seems unnecessarily strenuous.
