**PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD BEFORE RESPONDING** Looking for a **RESPONSIBLE** energetic animal lover with extensive experience managing horses and multiple dogs. Need experience maintaining 5+ horses, horse facilities and 6 dogs. Basic grounds maintenance and general housekeeping. Must be trustworthy, energetic and physically able to lift 60#'s. Capable of maintaining a flexible weekday schedule to meet the needs of the owners. Some weekends will be required (with advance scheduling). THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL HORSE / DOG LOVER! MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE! The ideal candidate will be a non-drinker and a non-smoker, have a clean driving record, take initiative to perform tasks without prompting and agree to respect the space (no engaging in "partying" on site). ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA!! **Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen** The pay for this job position will include a studio apartment on site and an hourly wage for any hours worked beyond the agreed upon minimum.
